Please allow three full working days (Monday to Friday) for your request to be processed. If you would like us to send your prescription to the chemist please allow a further day and mark your request clearly that this is where you would like to pick it up.
You can order your repeat prescriptions by:
Putting your repeat slip which was attached to your last prescription in the blue prescription collection box by the front door. Please make sure that you have clearly ticked which items you would like or write ‘ALL’ next to the items.
If you have mislaid your repeat prescription request form then you can complete a blue prescription request form for which is kept on the counter in reception. You will need to be precise with the names of the drugs that you require. You then need to put this form in the blue prescription collection box by the front door.
You may request a repeat prescription by post or by fax but please make sure you give your full name and address and details of the drugs you would like to order.

Unfortunately we are unable to take repeat prescription requests over the telephone unless you are on our list of house bound patients.
Please note that all of the above options are only available for medication that is currently on repeat. If you require any other medication you will need to either arrange an appointment with your doctor or a telephone consultation.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
